Megan Rezvani is a passionate pre/postnatal trainer who has dedicated her career to supporting mothers on their transformative journey into motherhood. Since 2017, she has been a guiding light for expecting and new mothers, empowering them to navigate the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.
Megan's approach extends beyond physical fitness; she believes in nurturing a supportive community for mothers, offering guidance, encouragement, and a safe space for sharing experiences. Her dedication to educating and empowering moms-to-be is evident in her emphasis on holistic wellness, including nutrition, mental health, and self-care strategies. Megan is a NASM certified personal trainer, and DONA certified birth and postpartum doula. She also holds certifications in pre/postnatal training, menopause coaching, and corrective exercise.
